The sender of email can choose the way to Converts & encrypt the email via “widow of silence” which means no change permitted, or to encrypt doc which will allows the end user to view and change the email or attach depending the format of the attachment Office or PDF. However the document will be sent secure, and to decrypt the document authentication will require.

In both modes the system will provide control and Track user activity/history of the document to the author of the document, or to the (system administrator)

Authorization module can apply embargo and expiration dates or periods, restrict number of times a document may be viewed, the author can disable any document at any time.
